Payment
Half the amount of your total is required up front so that I can source spectacular items, and perfect packaging. The remaining balance is due a week before your event. Your payment reserves your pick-up date too! Win win for all of us! All orders under $100 must be paid in full. You may pay by card once you recieve your invoice via Email. I can also accept PayPal, CashApp, and cash.
No show = No order
Your order is best enjoyed fresh. Not showing up to the agreed upon pick-up time, forfeits your order. But take heart, they will be donated to a family in need. Need to reschedule your pick-up? No problem! Please reach out 2 days prior to your pick-up time.
Change cutoff
Decisions are tough! All order change requests will be under consideration and a small fee may apply.
Inspiration
Thanks for giving me those inspo pictures! They are just that - inspiring. Your cookies may not be perfect replicas tho. I cannot guarantee an identical color match - I'll try to keep it close tho! By trusting me with your order, you are giving me creative freedom.
In a hurry?
While I can't always accommodate all last-minute orders, I will make my best effort to. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 14 days will require a rush fee of 25% of the total order.
Price Adjustments
All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredient costs. I'm always trying to provide the best tasting sweet treats to my customers. This also means that I can't honor old pricing (because the grocery store won't honor their old butter prices - darn it!)
Product Photography
Say cheese! I create replicas of client orders to photograph these pretty lookin' sweets. If you do not want your cookies in the spotlight, please let me know at the time you place your order. Secrets are safe with me!
Pictures are worth a thousand words
But they aren't always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you end up with. Also, cookies in photos may not be true to size! (Which is a bummer, I'd frankly love to eat an 8.5x11 inch cookie!!)
Order Minimums
I require a 1 dozen minimum per order for cookies, cupcakes, cakesicles, and macarons. Need fewer? Keep an eye on my Facebook page as I often offer smaller quantities in my pop-up sales. There is no minimum for cake orders.
It's all yours now
Once you pick-up your order (thanks again, by the way!) what happens to your order is all on you. Keep it safe and enjoy it thoroughly!
Cottage Food Laws
This order has been made in a home kitchen. My kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, gluten free, or soy free. Boring dislcaimer, but I have to say it per the law.
In Sickness and in Health
While death will never do us part, your're consuming food and with consumption of anything (including that bottle of wine last night) there are inherent risks. Choking hazards, food illnesses, and allergic reactons are possibilities - albeit hopefully far reaching.
Weather Clause
If pickup is impossible due to inclement weather, your order will be sealed and stored for a later pickup date. Unfortunately no refunds can be offered due to weather (darn rain and snow!), but I will make sure your order is kept as fresh as possible!
Refunds
Before pick up: I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment has been accepted. Unfortunately after that time, I cannot offer refunds as items for your order have likely already been placed.
After pick up: While I want you to love my cakes and other sweet treats, if you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out within 24 hours so I can assess the condition and troubleshoot any problems. We will then determine if a refund may be issued.
